EasyDay ships to most serviceable locations across India using trusted courier partners. Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes between 3–7 business days depending on the destination and courier serviceability.

Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or remote delivery locations. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, EasyDay cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

After your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, allowing you to follow the progress of your shipment directly with the courier partner.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of checkout. EasyDay is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.


Returns & Refunds 

At EasyDay, we aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. Returns are accepted only in cases where the received product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you receive such an item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear images or videos showing the issue.

Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return or replacement. Once the return request is reviewed and approved, refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit, depending on the nature of the order and payment type.

Orders that are refused at delivery or returned due to incorrect address details, repeated delivery failures, or customer unavailability may not be eligible for refunds. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be subject to additional verification before dispatch.
